Go Online

Put your business online

Create your business, add what you sell, publish it and share your link — in a few minutes, from your phone.

Create your business

On the Go Online website, tap Start now — it’s free. No card is needed. The setup has six short steps:

  1. What kind of business is it? Choose your type. It decides which pages you get: orders, bookings, classes or inquiries.
  2. What is it called? Your business name in English, in Arabic, or both.
  3. Pick your link. English letters, numbers and hyphens. We check at once that it is free. Customers open your business at this link.
  4. Where do you operate? Your country, with its currency and time zone.
  5. Your account. Your name, your email and a password of at least 8 characters. You are the owner of the business.
  6. Check and create. Read the summary, tick the box to accept the terms, then tap Create my business.

Confirm your email

We send you an email with a link. Open it to confirm your address — you need this before you can publish. If the link has expired or the email did not arrive, tap Send the link again on the banner in your dashboard.

Add what you sell

Open Catalog:

Only the owner or a manager can change the catalog.

Publish

Customers can't see your business until you publish it. When you are ready, tap Publish. After that, every change you make (items, prices, brand) waits until you tap Publish again — the dashboard tells you when you have unpublished changes.

Set your opening hours

In Settings → Opening hours, set the days and times you are open, then tap Save opening hours. Reminders about waiting requests come at your opening time. For businesses that take bookings, the same hours are also on Bookings → Booking rules: they are the bookable week of every person or room that has no hours of its own. Only the owner or a manager can change them.

Days off and special hours for the whole business (Bookings → Days off and special hours) apply to bookings at once.

Share your link

On Home, the card Your business link lets you copy it, share it, open your page or download its QR code. For codes that open a single item or a booking page — on tables, shelves or flyers — use QR codes for tables and flyers.
