What the shop sees
- Orders and bookings: the shop sees your name, mobile number, address and notes when you send them.
- Questions and quote requests: the shop sees your message and name; it sees your number only if it takes your request. Until then, phone numbers, e-mails and links you type into your name or message are hidden from it.
- The shop also sees whether you are a returning customer: an earlier request from your number that it accepted.
What Go Online keeps
What you typed in the order (name, number, address, notes, messages) and the order itself. Go Online does not collect card numbers or medical records. Personal details are removed after the time the Privacy Policy gives.
What stays on your phone
Your cart, your last order and an unfinished checkout are kept in your browser on that phone, so you can come back to them. Clearing your browser's data for the shop removes them.
The shop page also measures how long its waits take (for example placing an order) and sends those timings to Go Online to find slow spots — the action, the order's reference and the time only, never your name, number, address or what you typed.
