When you sign up
The last step of creating your business has a box: you confirm you are 21 or older, that you accept the Terms for Businesses on behalf of your business, and that you have read the Privacy Policy. The business is created only when the box is ticked.
When the terms change
- Small changes (wording, clarifications) are announced; you do not need to do anything.
- Changes that reduce your rights or raise your costs are announced in advance — your dashboard shows Coming changes to our terms with the date they start.
- When such a change starts, the dashboard shows We updated our terms the next time you open it. Read the changes and tap Accept and continue to keep using the dashboard.
Until you accept, the dashboard stays on that screen. Your shop is not taken offline by it.
Some features start only when the updated terms that describe them take effect — for example was prices (a crossed-out former price). They are not available yet: they start once those terms take effect in your country.
If you do not agree
Tap Sign out. To close your account, contact support. Every version of the terms, with its dates, stays readable on the legal pages.
