Cookie policy
Go Online uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Here is exactly what is stored in your browser, and why.
Draft — pending legal review
This text is a plain-language draft. A lawyer has not reviewed it yet, and it may change before Go Online opens.
In short
The Go Online website and business websites set no cookies and load no trackers. Only the business dashboard uses cookies, and only to keep staff signed in.
The Go Online website
No cookies at all. The language comes from the page address, and we count visits from server logs that do not identify you.
Business websites
Business websites set no cookies. They keep a few things in your browser’s storage on your device:
- your cart, so it is still there when you come back;
- your last order or request, so you can open its tracking page again;
- your progress in a booking, so a reload does not lose it.
About browser storage
This storage is not sent to us with every page like a cookie. It leaves your device only when you place a request. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data for that website in your browser settings.
The business dashboard
When business staff sign in, the dashboard sets sign-in cookies. They are strictly necessary: they are secure, cannot be read by page scripts, work only on the dashboard and end when you sign out or when they expire. Without them you cannot stay signed in, so we do not ask for consent for them.
Third parties
Our pages load no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. When a business pays for a top-up, the payment provider’s page may set its own cookies under its own policy.
Changes and contact
If we ever add a cookie that is not strictly necessary, we will update this page first and ask for your consent. Questions: SBSuccess, [email protected].
